I took the CCNA exam on April 7, 2000 and passed it with a score of 869 out of 1000.
The passing score is 755.
My source of studies consisted of four semesters of Cisco Academy Courses offered at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, CA and a couple of books by Syngress and Sibex press.
There were 78 questions and here is what I could remember:
